Conflict Prevention - In Our Schools, On Our Streets
Charity of the Year Leap Confronting Conflict has been working for more than twenty years to train young people in the skills they need to deal with conflict before it turns violent.
Over the past two decades this pioneering organisation has developed effective and PROVEN methods to transform the culture of youth violence on our streets and in our schools, and at this event young people will showcase their skills in managing conflict.
We want to begin a dialogue on how to embed these skills in communities nationwide to reduce tensions and prevent violence - because we think that Leap could have a real answer to one of our society’s most pressing problems.
