All-Party Parliamentary Group

The purpose of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Conflict Issues is to encourage dialogue, on the basis of expert information and opinion from across the political spectrum, on issues relating to conflict; especially on the practical means to prevent, transform and resolve violent conflict.

House of Lords Debate

The APPG on Conflict Issues secured the first-ever debate in the House of Lords on conflict prevention.

The debate on HMG's recently published 'Building Stability Overseas Strategy' was held on 6 October 2011.
